This kit includes the AFTCO by Boker 7-inch flex fillet, the AFTCO by Boker 8-inch fillet, the AFTCO by Boker 10-inch fillet, and an AFTCO Knife case. The 7-inch fillet is great for skinning fish with its razor-sharp edge and thin design makes taking the skin off easy. Also, a great knife for cutting out the rib section and bloodline. The 8-inch blade with its stiffer design and shape makes processing fish quickly. This is also a great knife for larger species and is a great steaking knife. The 10-inch fillet which is our most popular makes taking down larger Tuna and other larger gamefish with one sweep of the blade. The knife case fits them perfectly with the sheaths on the blades. There is also an open slot for placing either a sharpening stone or a fish spike. The zippered pocket within the bag is the perfect place to store your Ike Jime Circuit Breaker wires.
